REFUND POLICY

GENERAL REFUND POLICY:

If you notify us in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the beginning of camp that you will be unable to attend, we will refund all of your payment, minus a $35 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued upon expulsion, voluntary withdrawl, or less than three weeks prior to the start of camp, except for a medical emergency of which a Doctor's slip would be required for verification.

 

COVID REFUND POLICY:

COVID-19 Related Credit Policy
Exposure Related – If camps are cancelled due to a COVID-19 camp direct exposure, potential exposure and/or for contact tracing reasons, impacted customers will receive a prorated refund or camp credit. 

*For example: If a 5-day camp is cancelled due to a direct COVID exposure on Wednesday, customers will be refunded for Thursday and Friday.

For exposure related cancellations which would just affect the specific team, or cohort and not the entire camp,  the refund would be pro-rated for the days they can’t attend. The Live Like Geno Foundation will hold back a flat fee of $20 for the consumables (ball, shirt, water bottle) which participants would still receive regardless of an exposure related cancellation. 

*For Example:  At a full fare camp tuition of $295, it would be a $59 refund for each day of cancelled camp, minus the flat $20 fee.  So if camp runs Monday and Tuesday, but gets cancelled on Weds for the rest of the week, the affected campers would receive 3*$59 = $177 minus $20 = $157 refund.  And, if you received any discount (early bird, multi-family, etc.) when you registered, then your refund would be reduced by the commensurate amount.

Government / Health Dept Related: (Large Scale Lockdown)
If camps are cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic federal, state and local health measures, refunds will be issued less 25% in processing and administrative fees. Alternately customers can opt to receive full credit for a future Basketball Jones Camps offering.
